Jessica "No BS" Zeaiter
Hi! My name is Jessica. I am a qualified fitness coach.
I began my journey at 120kgs, and I was able to lose 50kgs. Through my own journey, I struggled a lot with yo-yo diets and tried every ‘fad’ you can think of. I have come to learn that there is no ‘quick fix’ to better health, it’s a lifestyle. Almost 6 years on I can say that fitness has become my life and I love exploring the different varieties it has to offer, I have taken an interest in powerlifting and strength training.
I believe that being fit shouldn’t be a sacrifice but rather once you change your mindset around it and discover the joys of developing a healthy lifestyle you will be gaining a happier, confident, and stronger version of yourself. I care about my clients, there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through their own journey of creating a better life for themselves.
I have changed my favorite weekend activities from sitting on the couch, eating junk food, and watching Netflix to exploring this beautiful city with my dog, hiking boots, and a camera.
The reason I describe myself as being a coach and not just a personal trainer is that I am not here to just count your reps but rather to educate and guide you step by step on how to get to your goals I would love to help you on your journey also.

Nicole "Go-Getter" Philippe
Hi! My name is Nicole.
I am the co-founder of NJ Fitness Studio and I have primarily worked in the IT industry for the last 15 years. I have always aspired to pursue something that would not only improve my lifestyle but will endeavour to inspire others.
My fitness journey began at a young age when I recognised my passion for sport. I started playing Oztag from the age of 16 but as the years followed, I realised that I needed more than just cardio. Getting fit and healthy often seemed difficult because I ran into the common problem of confusion and frustration. That said, I got tired of constantly feeling lethargic and it took a lot of work to get to where I am now. I stuck to my nutrition goals, changed my mindset and started to get more involved in the fitness world. I tried various fitness styles such as cross-fit and functional training, the more I trained, the more I fell in-love with the results. This inspired me further to help make the same changes for others and to find the right balance for them.
My goal is to help people become the best version of themselves not just through physical appearance but also with a healthier mindset. My vision for NJ Fitness is to strive for the betterment of our clients and to form a fun and friendly community. If you want to look and feel your best, then I’m excited to watch your Journey with us.

NJs Fitness Studio has various fitness programs for you to choose from. We don’t restrict you to a particular routine. You are free to choose the type of program that suits you best and book the time based on your availability.
CARDIO BURN - HIIT
This workout is designed to improve your heart and cardiovascular health, as well as burning calories for fat loss. We include HIIT circuits, speed work, agility drill etc. Making these workouts dynamic and fun. This class will definitely test you to your limit and improve your fitness level fast!
BOXFIT - BOXING
Learn the proper technique to punch and fight with the added bonus of getting your heart punching with a cardio twist. Including skipping, boxing drills with footwork and abdominal workouts focusing on power, speed and strength.
BOOTCAMP - SHRED
Our Shred Classes are perfect for the people that want to see real results! Combining a mixture of strength and conditioning based drills and team challenges to keep things fun and rewarding. With a range of functional Equipment such as power bags, kettlebells, bodyweight, medicine balls, slam balls, dead balls, ropes and more. Our class will help build lean muscle and tone your shape while improving your power and strength.
LADIES ONLY
Designed for women’s bodies! These classes are private female only classes perfect for after school drop offs or squeezing in an afternoon. Combining a mixture of CARDIO BURN, BOXFIT and BOOTCAMP SHRED in each class, but focusing on LEGS, BOOTY and ABS programmed to better suit the female body.
